A note from Cathryn
I am a barrister and accredited mediator. I established Curran Advisory to offer a different kind of employment support — one that combines legal expertise with practical leadership experience and a genuinely human approach.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen that workplace issues are rarely just legal issues. They involve people, relationships and often difficult decisions. My role is to help make that complexity feel manageable, provide clear and practical guidance, and help clients find a way forward they can feel confident in.
